You start learning things when in the starting areas plus you can ask in game and people with help you out. Just remember to ask in channel /1 and always use manners and you'll find someone willing to help.

What? No, Arthas is lond dead as he fused with Ner'zhul at the frozen throne, he killed the dark lady (Sylvanas Windrunner) and made her into the banshee queen. When Arthas went to Northrend he left what he has created of the scourge in Azeroth and the dark lady led a group of the scourge to rebel against Arthas; now the lich king, and the group of undead you see in the video is the forsaken. The wicker man is to signify anyone who would plan to enslave them.
