i think its stupid they put limitations on it. it should be everyone or no one. its not about the money, after all . how much are you going to get? $20 a month? ... but i in spain would like to be able to upload videos longer than 10 minutes, add a banner to my channel and prove that all my material is original and made by me, for me it would not be about the money.

maybe so at least originally, but youtube is now a global media, it is not radio, it is not TV, it is something more than both of those things combined, and i think to say 'were keeping it for us' is just selfish, after all you share your medical science with us and we share ours, dont get me wrong though. english is my 4th language, hence all the spelling mistakes but its the only lanugage i use here. and i think others should all do the same, if your using it at least use the official language

soz to comment nuke you, but would not all fit, i think at least you need to allow english speaking user to use it, and after all.. what does american mean on the internet? online we are not european, american or chinese, we are humans, obviously america should always have the credit for creating it, im not saying anything else, but once you go online you kind of relinquish the country thing, just my opinion, i could very well be wrong :)
