We're curious how our old faves are re-interpreted. Even when they're done a bit too preciously for our tastes (as this song is done). I'm sure those of you who dislike us oldsters for checking out this band will find some remake artist in the future, check out how THEY did your favorite songs, and find THOSE remakes lacking in some way. Besides, you never know when a remake will end up BETTER than the original. That does happen.

I really love these covers its not like some garage kids trying to sound exactly like New Order, its creative and it does sound way different than the original. But if we wanted the old school sound we'd go and listen to the origianl albums.

I find this a really original cover that injects some life into the song. Granted, the new tone somewhat subverts the meaning of the song, but if I wanted the original, I'd listen to the original; Nouvelle Vague really made it a different song that's quite catchy. The singer with the cowbell looks like a zombie.
