all 350z's have the same engine... no performance differences at all... track has gay rims and brembo brakes ( expensive ) 283 hp at the crank is ok. touring has navi, and the nismo has a bodykit kickin the pricetag up 5 g's. the nissan dealer i work at just got a 370 z and those are pretty sick

Nissan was in Japan originally. They used the name Datsun when they brought cars over to the States because they didn't think that they would sell with the Nissan name.
