Wierd sound in the woods

Video Description:
This is a wierd sound that I heard in the woods when i was watching youtube i tried recording it with my digital recorder and it couldnt capture it well but i used my slick stick mp3 player and it got it. you'll want to crank up your volume on your pc or use headphones if there are people sleeping and watch out at around :28 youll hear a truck whoosh by so turn it down or dont lol but you'll get some warning. this sound could be an animal a bird an insect, could even be a fisher cat there are out here and i have yet to capture one on video. does anyone know what sound this is?

| its not a fisher cat or a bug its a bird..i forgot what kind but we heard it at camp and i asked what it was and they said it was some sort of bird but i forgot what kind it was.. |

| so its possibly birds sleeping but i hear fainter ones in the background and sometimes they prob wake up and chirp i hate that especially at 2 in the morning |

| yeah its probaly some bird..u can probaly look it up online..do u a bird sanctuary in u'r state so u can see what birds it might be? or u could go to a bird store or a wildlife center and show them u'r vidio or immetate the call u'r self |

| actually im thinking of going out there one night with my camera and mp3 player recorder when i hear it and seeing how good a recording i can get and maybe a live video if i see anything, should I bring a gun in case something tried to attack me lol |

| u'r probaly not gunna see anything. if the animal is a nocturenal animal i know's more about where it is then we humens will ever know and we wont ever see it unless it lets us..(trust me i'v tried with plenty of owls and such) also if u get close to it,it will stop making its call..like crickets. but i guesss its worth a shot. |

| well there is fisher cats they r nocturnal and there are coyotes too but they r more afrad of mus than we r of them plus ill have my airsoft shotgun |

| yeah. i go out in the woods alone at night all the time and im not scared. i dont even bring anything to defend myself with. actualy the woods is the only place i realy feal safe.=) cuz u know there are animals and too me people are more scary. nothing will hurt u out there unless there rabid |

| thats nothing, back at my old house, everynight around 3-4 am, i heard this terrible screaming sound that i couldnt tell was a guys or a woman's, one day i talked to my friends about it and they say that they hear it too, we figured it mustve been somekind of manmade object and left it alone |

| do you have any recordings of it video or audio? and if its a screaming sound then its probably a bear cub stay away DO NOT investigate the sound b/c there might be the mother around, i heard this while taking out the trash to the street and i wouldnt even go outside unless i had a real gun on me so i can protect myself. or you could get a large RC vehicle that can go in any terrain and put an audio/video transmitter on it and then try to find whats making that noise and get it on video |

| lol you think so? they do hang around my area and they eat the pine cones i see the munched ones lying around so i throw them into the woods for them to eat lol the pine cones too |

| i agree one hundred percent we hear them all the time no fisher cats in iowa but owls that sound like that |
