Sam visits Maxie at Crimson and learns she didn't have sex with him; Carly tells Jax about her plan to run away with Morgan; AZ tells Ric he is supposed to be managing Claudia and he's not doing a good job; Diane brings the ownership transfer papers to the office and Sonny signs over the biz to Jason; then Jason shows Diane the papers for Sonny to sign over his rights to Michael & Morgan; Robin visits Maxie at Crimson and they discuss the 'situation' that Mac walked in on; Sam tells Spinelli that he did not sleep with Maxie.
