| I aree with you. I don't think it's idiotic but... come on. Let's just make a Batman 3... I also wanna see a Spider-Man 4 and not really a Venom-Spinoff... I think theres enough to the character and he has his own stories (both Joker and Venom) that could be filmed but we all still care about the hero more and stuff. I dunno. Just keep it in the franchise. Batman Begins and TDK have gotten Batman a good reputation, let's not take unneccesary risks |

When people online that seem to have pretty much no imagination always seem to suggest actors who already played superheros or villians in this era of comic book movies to play another different character as weell...as if there are NO other actors out there... |

| for example people saying"who should play Riddler or captain america?" and I hear suggestions like tobey maguire, christian bale, cyllian murphy, hugh jackman, alfred mollina, ed norton, willem daefo, halle berry, james franco, aaron eckhart etc. all the time are people really serious with these suggestions or are they just that idiotic and unimaginative???? | btw so many are misinformed on this. The Joker's origin is not tim burton's vat of comics transformation. Dark Knight's is actually truer to the comics. When joker was created in 1940 he had no origin at all (like in dark knight). He just appeared and that made him so iconic and scary. the vat of chemicals crap is corny, takes away from the character and was only suggested as one of jokers many lies of his origin in killing joke. |

| i dont think a joker spin off would work very well. i mean batman and the joker is a classic fight that has so much history to draw from. the joker alone wouldnt be very good imo. who would he fight? where would batman be? a venom spin off could be good (probably not) because he has history besides fighting spidey. and dont try to milk this icon for all its worth cuz then, well end up with a disgrace to heath ledger's joker. |
