i think dean swore away from the mike and only a few people were able to hear it - which is why rickles was laughing so much.

What they are all laughing at is the fact that Charlie Callas is doing an imitation of the late comedian, George Jessel (sp?). Georgie Jessel was famous for making speeches at Friar's Roasts (which Dean Martin's roast imitate) and also speeches at various organizations. He would talk about anything and everything. All of the celebrities on this video dais knew Mr. Jessel and that is why they are all hysterical laughing. Mr. Callas has Mr. Jessel's voice down almost perfectly.

It seems they sow Callas coming out, and couldn't stop laughing. This was one of the funniest things I ever sow! DO NOT DRINK OR EAT ANYTHING WHILE WATCHING THIS VIDEO!
