see, he was never really that funny to begin with. His act had "annoying" written all over it. His voice was annoying, his constant ruining of Dinos songs and stealing the spotlight (trying to at least) is what got Dean tired of him. EVEN the laid back DEAN MARTIN got tired of his ass. I still dont understand how some found him funny, But i guess back in the 50's there weren't many options.

Yeah the man was so annoying he made 71 pictures, he was a director, a writer, a film producer, has raised Billions of dollars for the muscular dystophy association, He has been doing telethons since the 50's for them
Hes won several awards for life time achievements from the American COmdey award association, he has 2 stars on the hollywood walk of fame. he was also given the Govenors award of the Academy of television Arts and Sciences board of governors, the highest emmy award presented.

well, you also have to remember it was different times back then, its called shtick,
and it was set up that way for Jerry to run in and "ruin" his songs, its the skit. thats what made them funny together, jerry wasn't stealing the spotlight. Do you even know anything about Dean and Jerry?
Read some books. and no I don't lose, because if you go to any vids of Jerry's you would see how much he is loved.

ahhh so they were great friends, but for some strange reason didnt talk for 20 years? ohh i see how the "friendship" was. Face it, theres video of Jerry slapping Deans head over and over again, and Dean, the gentleman that he is, just takes it without getting angry, shortly after, the relationship ends...
