I loved Tom Poston. I grew up with him on the next wave of sitcoms as he guest starred on Family Matters, Home Improvement, Grace Under Fire, etc., and then had the pleasure of knowing him on his original shows such as Newhart as Nick@Nite brought them back to primetime. RIP Tom Poston.

Nice tribute to a great man and an underrated comedian. If you ever put it on CD or mp3 let me know, I would buy it. I love both Newhart themes

With all due respect to Henry Mancini, this version has twice the soul of the original. This just got me more jazzed up (pun perhaps?) for the season 1 DVD release of "Newhart" in the spring. Right on!
