what should the hand and arm position be while trying to do this? should the pattern be high and wide or short and narrow? I've had no luck with five ball flashing yet... (well, practically none...)

hey, did you know im from NH?(it's a state in the USA) i noticed you like the Die Hard movies...
our state motto is "live free or die" which is where they got the title for Die Hard 4!

ya, i juggle. i watched your tutorial to get four balls (thanks, by the way) and your five ball is awesome, too. Im having a little trouble with the five though, but it should work out in a week or so. And by the way, "Live Free Or Die" is the state motto; the producers of the movie just added "Hard" to the end to make it the movie title. Imagine the excitement of every New Hampshirite when we heard of that movie coming out! :-)

I guess the height depends on your skill level, but the width should be no wider that the width of your shoulders. I guess about 3feet above your head to start with, but the most important thing is that you actually get ALL the balls in the air before it's too late.

i've been working all day and have not gotten very far... but i can occasionally do a full cycle of five. Guess i should work on that some more.
got any advice on a four ball half windmill? i've been having some trouble with that...

I can finally juggle four after practising loads! Remember the three p's! Practise Practise Practise! I'm not sure if practise is spelt with a s or a c... :)

It can be spelt with either, however, the utilization of the 's' can only be present in very few situations. Therefore, to be safe, one should use a 'c' :)

i think practise is the verb, to practise, whereas practice is a noun, eg dental practice, football practice etc.
