| Unfortunately the synth preset virus hit even the best of em, and boy did it hit metheny and burton hard in this period of their musical careers. I think the instrumentation choices for this track are god awful, but you gotta give them props for trying it... they tried it, it got called smooth jazz, and burton kinda liked it so he stuck with it, and metheny started releasing shit like the way up which is a KILLER record |

| I love that Pat wares cross trainers and keeps his knees bent in athletic stance at all times. As if his insane guitar playing may just cause him to throw down his ax and run wild through the Ed Sullivan Theater like the mad man that he is. By the way: where are the horizontal stripes?! Truly a stylistic aberration for Pat. |
