With gas prices the way they are makes this style of catfishing #1 -We trolled planer bobbers for catfish with our electric motor for about 5 hours-just put it on low and go till the planer bobbers get out to the sides and then coast till the planer bobbers float back to the rear of the catfish boat.You will catch more and better catfish when catfishing with our new planer bobbers I guarantee it====We got a good channel catfish today and 15 more catfishing while fishing at alum creek-We used cut and live shad on our planer bobbers with shad set down 3 to 4 feet deep and slow trolled to catch a total of 15 channel catfish -that averaged about 4 pounds with the big one here on video that weighed 7 1/2 pounds -Your looking at the future of catfishing and lots of other fish to .Planer bobbers to catch some catfish what a blast,some of the catfish come out of the water every night on the strike when they grab the bait-some of you wont belive me till you use a planer and see big catfish jump better and higher than sisy bass do or even hope to jump-man its cool-they jump and spin like salt water tarpon air born they go wow catfish that jump yea. you are gonna have a blast -last night we had 4 channel catfish all on at the same time-most of them were in water only 3 feet deep in the mud flats-couple catfish went air born jumping way out of the water and flipped on the take it was awesome-like tarpon fishing in fresh water

thats awesome fishin-you must be in tex or fla-still even your biggest bass will be eaten by a large catfish of the flathead familey say in the 80 pound range would eat that 10 pound bass with no problem-but dont get me wrong-I like to fish for bass too if they were 10 pounds like fla bass or tex bass-yea man thats fishing too-

Dan, is your ph number area code 614? I tried calling your cell phone. The store gave me your num but i didn't know area code. My pontoon, we slow troll for crappie, 6 to 12 poles out back. Using jigs. I have never used planers. It is a place we catch sauger, crappie and catfish but at times i can't get close enough to bank because i do not have bobbers and hang up while trolling. I see these would let me control depth. My toon is 8 1/2 ft wide. How many could i troll of these in back?

Which kind that you make do i need? We go less than 1 mph, with jigs or live bait. Would like to keep them from tangling or running wrong and how many of these could i use and be safe without a mess. Can you run more than one jig or hook per planer? All i would want is to troll. I would want the ones i could use both for crappie and catfish. Medium to shallow depth. Out deep, i wouldn't use them. How long are these and how much do they weigh. Leave me your area code and i'll call your cell.

they all are 7 inches long 2 to 3 inches tall weight is 90 to 115 grams-fish to 25 feet or so in depth -the best depth is 2 to about 10 feet down-thats the depth we catch most of our fish- at night the top 2 to 3 feet rules for big surface feeding fish that will blast the planer bobbers bait and some times they try to eat the planer bobber too
