| the core from the powereball is a metall stick with two weights on the ends. on it runs a yellow plastic role wich is making the role more heavy. if you spin this yellow role, the stick will turn in a circle with the role on it, if you hold the powerball in a speciall position, than you have to move the powerball in a way, that this spinning and turning gets faster. You have to try to give force in this move and it'll become faster and faster and gets a centrifugal force about till 20 kilos. :) |
